Got Questions? Check these FAQs
1- Should I stop training if I’m pregnant?
Exercising helps improve posture, reduce discomfort, release stress, and build stronger stamina for labor. However, it is always recommended to check in with your doctor in case you have any complications that might require extra attentiveness and care.
2- When should I expect to see results If I train 3 times per week?
Results are not solely based on the number of times you train per week. It’s a combination of a balanced diet, healthy lifestyle, and consistency. In terms of weight loss results, if consistent and burning enough calories, you will start seeing results within 2-3 weeks, but everybody is different, and genetics play a big role.
3- Can training alone help me lose weight?
No. There are many factors that impact weight loss or gain. It is important to pair training with a balanced diet so that any results you achieve are sustainable. You have to be in a calorie deficit to lose weight, but things like genetics, specific health conditions, etc. may impact results as well. Remember, the aim of exercise is not just to lose weight, but to have more strength, better performance and improved overall wellness.
4- Should I have my protein before or after training?
It is recommended to consume your proteins within 2 hours after exercising. This helps heal muscle tissues and prevent muscle mass loss.
5- What exercises can help me lose belly fat?
Unfortunately, spot reduction is not possible. You have to be in a calorie deficit in order to lose weight,
6- When is the best time to exercise?
The best time to exercise is not in the morning, not at tight, nor the afternoon. A workout is a workout. The best time is the time that best suits your schedule.
7- Can I work out and not lose weight?
Definitely! Because training is not meant only for weight loss, fixing your diet is essential to ensure optimal results. If you want to sustain your current weight, consume more calories. You will only lose weight if you were in a calorie deficit.
